Just when you think empathy in the health care industry is a rare commodity, you meet exceptional healthcare providers like Gordon and his team. Very professional and empathetic staff. It was my first visit to the pharmacy and Gordon patiently explained the how, why and what of the drugs I was prescribed. Mighty impressed at their level of customer service. Kudos to the team!
