Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory is a Canadian corporation that derives its income solely from admissions, gift shop and café sales, and facility rentals. The Conservatory is situated on a 107-acre site with the environmentally sensitive Kossuth Bog, and the 25,000-square-foot facility features a 10,800-square-foot indoor tropical garden with thousands of free-flying butterflies. The conservatory also hosts a variety of tropical plants, birds, and animals, along with several water features. Governed by a Board of Directors, the Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory is committed to conservation, education, and research, providing visitors with a unique, affordable, and educational family experience.

2025 Update: Galt Arena Gardens is one of the oldest continuously-operating ice hockey arenas in the world and the oldest operating arena in Ontario. Galt Arena Gardens was built throughout 1921 and opened in January 1922. It is the home of the junior hockey team, Cambridge Redhawks, as well as the Special Hockey International team, Cambridge Ice Hounds. The arena is noted for its impressive external facade. Hockey legend Gordie Howe played in the arena for the Galt Red Wings during the 1944-1945 season before playing in the National Hockey League. The seating capacity is 1,100. The ice surface is host to many ice user groups, and is used by ball hockey and lacrosse groups during the off-season.
