OSHAWA ZOO REVIEWS

Lots of farm animals Eagar to eat out of your hands! A couple of exotics were mixed in but it is mostly farm animals. I would say give yourself about an hour and a half. Very good for young children who will en joy interacting directly with the animals. I would love it if they added some more educational features such as public feedings, small educational talks, or expanded signage. Everything is outdoors.So come prepared with sunscreen and sun hats. The yearly passes well worth it if you live in the area and have young children. Check their Facebook page for more info.

For a young kid, this place is great! For 2 adults, 1 child (age 2), 2 popcorn's, 1 pony ride was $60. It would of been better if we got the season pass - going twice would of made up the cost. We got to feed lots of animals, it's a good size so they can walk or run around. By time we got to the end, she was "so tired", and it was home time. My daughter loved the little brown cow and the horses.

I bring my kids to the oshawa zoo multiple times during summer break. This year we decided to get the seasons pass, which us definitely worth it. My kids absolutely love feeding the animals, and petting them. It's great family time!

OSHAWA VALLEY BOTANICAL GARDENS REVIEWS

Beautiful park to spend a few hours. We attend to the peonies Festival, if you love flowers it is a must. The festival runs for a weekend every June. The rest of the year, you can go for a picnic, a walk, just to chill and relax your mind. River is very transparent, and water is calm.Also, during fall, you can see salmon and trouts.

I went there twice this month for the Peony Festival. The peony displays were beautiful and outstanding. Entrance is free n parking is available. Diverse garden complex known for its seasonal display of peonies, with walking paths along the creeks. Children play ground is available. The entire garden is well groomed. Perfect place for wedding. The popular festival celebrates horticulture, arts and heritage. More than 300 Peony plants were in glorious bloom in the gardens. It's highlight of the trip.

Definitely a hidden gem in Oshawa, lovely place to for a picnic, evening walk and some nice picture locations too. Peonys were in full bloom, had an amazing time there.

CANADIAN AUTOMOTIVE MUSEUM INC. REVIEWS

Had a great experience here ! Staff/volunteers were super knowledgeable and friendly. They had a few vendors set up for kids on the Family Day Holiday which was great. If your looking to go and have a stroller, there are stairs only to get to the second floor, but they do have a place you can leave your stroller. Washrooms are also located upstairs. Parking is located right beside the building with some designated parking for the museum itself.

This was truly a lovely museum, its collection is very well preserved and displayed. It’s got a very nice selection of international and nationally made cars. Some of the were quite unique and interesting. It’s very educational and informative. It’s a great place to take your family and kids. I really enjoyed my time here and I would definitely recommend visiting this amazing museum.

A beautiful little museum. My family and I really enjoyed it. Learning about the history of each vehicle and especially Canadian brands. They also have a small treasure hunt for kids and adults to play together. I hope my pictures will encourage you to visit as it is definitely worth it. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
