LAKEVIEW PARK REVIEWS
Lovely place to enjoy the sunny weather, there's also a splash pad, playground, change rooms, bathrooms, park benches and a board walk among other things. If you want to grab a bite to eat, there is a small diner and another burger place across the beach for some food. There is also a hot dog and ice cream truck, so even if you make a spur of the moment plan to come to the beach, there's lots to do and things to eat! There are two medium-sized parking lots where you can park for free but for just 4 hours which I think is enough amount of time to enjoy the beach. Come down and have a great afternoon.
A beautiful place to spend a day. They have huge collection of kids activities on playground. Nice beach, 3 beautiful pergola , tulip and magnolias.
Beautiful place. Improvised stop on road for picnic and was very impressed. The park is clean and offering tables, facilities and parking.
Amazing find 20 years ago. We asked before parking Jeanette's van if we could stay overnight. Everyone there was very accommodating including letting us buy food from the little diner that was connected to the bath house. It was very accessible for Jeanette's wheelchair so we both could got great photos of the lighthouse with it's light on at dusk/dawn. There were public showers we used and lifeguards on the sand beach. I found an electrical outlet and charged my laptop battery plus used the internet since there was a Coast Guard station there. - Carol M

LAKEFRONT WEST PARK REVIEWS
I come to this spot to do yoga with Bohemian Bliss. It's always so serene. Especially when the swallows start flying about. I used to play baseball, and the fields seem just as well kept as 15 years ago. The walking path usually has a slow to steady flow of walkers, joggers, and bikers of all ages.
I visited this park recently and I couldn’t believe such a beautiful place existed so close to our place. This park provides an stunning view of Lake Ontario from the top. It has long walking trail and a nice spot for kid’s cycling. It’s fun trying to spot CN tower through the lookout. A less crowded place for a weekend getaway.
Absolutely beautiful. I have never been to this part of the lake and I'm glad I switched things up as per a friend's suggestion. I can't wait to go back and check out this area some more.

MEMORIAL PARK REVIEWS
I love this place because it is a garden cornered hub of fresh air, real, opportunistic for many venues, including sleepover charity events for the homeless. The accoustics are astounding for the mini stage available, and it's a great place for a walk or picnic.
Memorial park stirs up feelings of awe as I look up at the bronze life sized soldier."Pass ye not this stone" is a poem inscribed upon a marble slab at the foot of the monument.I have read it hundreds of times.
Been there three years in a row for the Remembrance Day ceremony. Quite a nice little Park.
