We had the pleasure of working with Liz and Krista from Alfresco as our month-of coordinators, and they truly exceeded our expectations. Krista was always easily accessible, especially in the week leading up to our wedding, making time for quick check-ins to ensure everything was on track. Her enthusiasm and genuine excitement for our big day were evident; she approached her work with passion and care. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible, managing our extensive decor setup while simultaneously coordinating everything else on the day. Even when things didn’t go exactly as planned, Krista and Liz treated our guests with kindness and maintained a positive atmosphere. From our perspective, everything went smoothly, despite some last-minute weather-related changes. Krista kept us calm and assured, which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Alfresco to anyone looking to execute their wedding vision with professionalism, a positive attitude, and impeccable coordination with vendors. We chose Liz as our wedding day manager for our wedding back in June. She was extremely helpful throughout the planning process. She ensured all vendors were in order, ran our wedding rehearsal, decorated the venue, and managed the timeline throughout the wedding day. She also took time to check in on us throughout the day. Hiring Pippa was the best thing I could've done while planning our June 2024 wedding. My goal for our wedding was to keep things relaxed and enjoy ourselves with minimal stress throughout the process- I could not have achieved this without Pippa by my side! Pippa is incredibly professional, organized, and thoughtful, and had things running smoothly throughout our day so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. She was so easy to work with and so accommodating- never batting an eye at our less than traditional wedding and even coming up with some amazing ideas herself (see late night hotdog bonfire roast)! Pippa and her assistant Emily pulled off our perfect day, and I will be forever grateful to them!

Pippa is absolutely amazing! All throughout the planning process, Pippa was detailed, provided recommendations and even took over getting a hold of vendors. She is confident in the work she does and my wedding was flawless because of her and her assistant. I am very confident in Pippa’s abilities and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!! Pippa, Brendon and I truly thank you for all of your hard work, capturing moments we weren’t able to capture and for making our day incredibly special. I would highly recommend shani to anyone who is planning an event! She helped plan my wedding through Covid and went above and beyond with everything. She provided lots of different vendors to choose from, came to meetings with me, and kept me on track with planning. The week leading to the wedding she was in constant communication with me (through text, email and call) to make sure everything went smoothly. She set up all my decorations beautifully and exactly like I wanted! She made my wedding day stress free, I didn’t have to worry about anything. I couldn’t have imagined my day without her! I couldn’t recommend her more.

I'm so glad I made the decision to have Shani as the event planner for my 30th birthday. She was readily available to me, whenever I had questions, and was brimming with ideas. I appreciated her years of experience and knowledge. She knew how to get the right vendors for my party and I never would have been able to pull it off myself! She was a very reassuring presence throughout the whole process. She was right about it all working out.

Shani was absolutely awesome from start to finish! She helped make sure that our wedding day (and everything leading up to it!) was flawless. I really liked that she was the first point of contact for all of our vendors as it took a lot off of our plate. She even offered to make us pew bows for the church when we found out that it was too late to order them on our own. I would highly recommend Shani to anyone looking to plan a wedding or event, I will definitely use her again in the future.
