Excellent service by all the staff at Backyard Leisure! The best part has been the assistance with weekly water testing to assist with getting everything just right— we love our new hot tub, especially because it has been worry free due to the expertise of the staff. Highly recommend.

Best service ever! I have a older Marquis hot tub which needed a couple of small parts replaced and not only did Wild Rose have them in stock but they were sent out to me in Saskatchewan the same day! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who took the time to make sure I had what I needed.

Premium chemicals and a better price than from where I bought my tub. What makes this even better is the free, speedy delivery!! No more rushing downtown to try and get my chemical before the store closes.

I had a problem with my Hotub and after calling he was right over... like way faster than I expected. Figured out the problem (needed new motor) had new one ordered and installed very quickly and even cleaned my tub after installing beyond where he was working! Super friendly and easy to talk to and seemed like a great guy. Also delivers supplies... to your house! Anyway, I was really impressed with him and his service! Thanks again Darren
