The move in our new apartment in Equiton Living here in London, Ontario was less stressful. The staffs, Shiela and Wes, they are awesome. They are doing a great job and is really kind to us. They are extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. They are in excellent service, they always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. They are reachable anytime and willing to go above and beyond to ensure to have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live.
Rhoda and John in the lynnwood apartments are absolutely fantastic. They are very friendly and answer very quick to any concern or issue. Never hesitate to get anything repaired and the jobs get done in a quickly manner. Rhonda always has a smile on her face and always makes me feel very cared for. John works very hard to keep the building clean making sure we are all comfortable.

Renting out has been such a stressful situation for me always, which is why I always had my mom deal with it. Unfortunately, she was relocated last month and it wasnt the perfect but i need to rent out a unit asap. I retained another realtor to help me out but he elongated the process and wasn't getting back to me at all. My friend told me about rypm so I went through their website looking for a condo, similar to the one I was looking at before. I had a showing booked right after filling out the application form which was a bit long but the process went smooth and their team would follow up with me all the time.
Great company to rent from. Very quick to respond to any questions and always helpful. Always attentive when it comes to maintenance issues and I've never had a problem with delays and such. I never got to know my landlord, but we are in good terms because of RYPM lol hahha.
I searched online on what the tenant placement service would consist of, and the way they explained it, made me feel like I had nothing to worry already. Could not believe when they gave me options upon options of really good truly screened tenants.. Very happy.
