I haven't seen buildings that are so clean and someone always available in office. My mom thought the world of them and now I know why, after moving in with her. I also appreciate the helpfulness they showed my mom, and myself as well. They are always available to help or answer questions . If circumstances where different I would love to stay. I am going to miss them very much and the kindness of the tentants. It is a friendly community atmosphere .

Equiton has taken over our building at 23 Lynnwood, Brantford. For 5 years it has been a nightmare of problems that never got rectified and now we have John and Ronda who have already helped us with problems immediately, and are turning our apartment into a place where we want to live.
