Exclusive Rentals has been a terrific company to rent from. They communicate effectively & are often maintaining the place we live. They always answer our questions and get anything fixed in a timely manner. They have been extremely understanding to challenging times & really try to work with you and help you. Wendy is phenomenal, a very responsible and respectful person. Shes been extremely supportive and proactive and would give exclusive 5 stars just for Wendy alone. I am grateful for all their support and to be one of their tenants!!

I have been a tenant with Exclusive Rentals for the past three years and I can honestly say that Trish is such a wonderful Administrator. She took care of all of my groups rental requirements and helped us pick up our keys with peace of mind. She goes above and beyond and has always directed any of our concerns to the appropriate departments! Exclusive Rentals is a great Property Manager! I've had some bad experiences with a few previous to this. Wanted to give a special shout out to Trish Amaral in their office.
