Very positive experience from the staff making the appointment to welcoming me on that date. Michelle, Doctor Yves Benabu’s assistant was extremely kind, even holding my hand although Doctor Benabu had ‘la touche magique and I barely felt a thing from my shoulder injection. Thank you to the staff for their professionalism. Doctor Benabu explained what was going on in my shoulder and hopefully bye bye pain..

He truly cares about people and when I was at the most vulnerable of myself, he took his time when he had zero obligations to educate me about my condition and ask other specialists for their opinion.
