Très bon médecin, très gentil et à l'écoute aussi. Je suis nouvellement diagnostiquée pour la SEP et il a prit le temps de m'écouter et répondre à mes questions. Connaît très bien la maladie. L'infirmière était super aussi. Très bonne expérience pour moi au CHUM. Merci Docteur!

Médecin très à l’écoute et rassurant. Il prend le temps de poser plusieurs questions pour comprendre la situation et répond clairement à nos questions. Il semble avoir une excellente maîtrise de son travail et est très efficace.

DR. LIAM DURCAN - MONTREAL NEUROLOGICAL HOSPITAL REVIEWS

One of the kindest, most humane doctors I have ever encountered. After my hour-long appointment, I felt like I had been meditating for a day. He really listens, which is so rare in this crumbling healthcare system, where they often hustle you out before you even properly sat down. He is reassuring and comforting and truly seems to care about making a person better. I have chronic migraines and for the first time in many years I have hope that I will be able to get some semblance of life and normalcy back.

Dr. Durcan is simply amazing. So knowledgeable and versatile. He is human and an amazing listener. He took a good 45 minutes to meet with me and listen to my issues. He was patient and answered all my questions. He gave me hope that my situation will improve with the plan he has in mind for me ( acute, severe migraines: over 15 a month). his knowledge of genetics and other approaches is amazing. I would highly recommend him! thank you, Dr. Durcan

Dr. Durcan is a incredibly intelligent, kind doctor. He was the only neurologist that was able to help me after 3 failed attempts with other doctors that gave up on helping me. I feel like I have my life back now that I am not consumed by the debilitating pain from migraines. His understanding & empathy made me feel heard and that lead to finding a solution to me have very few migraines. Best doctor I’ve ever met!

My first consultation with him, he was very straightforward saying that my stroke diagnosed with another doctor impressed him in a good way . I was glad that finally I had a Dr Beniar that saw that I had been suffering for way too long for no reason. He made me pass all the tests I needed without me needing to argue with him. Very kind!

Very pleased with clear explanations and time Dr Beniar took in explaining my symptoms. Looking forward to learning more about my situation. Also, very positive experience with all office and medical staff.

Dr. Beniar is a wonderful man. I'd say he is a gifted diagnostician . I love him how practical he is and I feel so comfortable with him, which is unusual for me with any doctor.
