Our experience with sims was amazing. We were first time home buyers in our mid 30’s and super ignorant about everything. The team was really supportive and informative and patient! I didn’t feel pressured to get moving on trying to buy when I wasn’t ready. We worked most with Jessica Venables, and she is fabulous. She was able to help us figure out what we even wanted in a house by showing us different options and just listening to what we had to say. She was really supportive of the whole process and there whenever we had a question. She was really friendly and totally genuine and it made a stressful process manageable and enjoyable. We worked with Zac for more than a year trying to find that perfect home on the island. He took us to multiple showings and we were always so impressed on how he left the houses exactly the same way we had viewed them down to every last detail. In the end we did find our home and when we ran into some trouble when it came to the day of taking possession (cancelled ferry) he was able to help us out.
