“Oak Ridges Community Centre and Pool is a famous community centre that features a 56,000 sq ft facility, a six-lane, 25-meter leisure pool with a waterslide, beach-entry teaching tank, change rooms, a sauna, 7,000 sq ft gymnasium, an entire culinary facility, two general program rooms. The centre offers a variety of recreational activities, programs, leagues, and classes suitable for adults. The gym and the pool receive a lot of sunlight, making the whole place comfortable and modern. There are some nice pathways outside that lead to the lake and plenty of parking. Oak Ridges Community Centre and Pool's facility has an exposed wood beam ceiling, giving the facility a sustainable West Coast aesthetic. They offer free Wi-Fi spots.”

The centre has a 25-meter-long main pool with five lanes, a shotgun waterslide, and a large viewing gallery with seating. Bayview Hill Community Centre provides a variety of educational programs. There is an indoor pool, a tennis court, a gym, and other amenities. The park outside has a play area for toddlers and kids and a basketball court. The centre has a variety of swim programs for all ages, as well as lifesaving and leadership programs for teens. Bayview Hill Community Centre is fully accessible, with ramps in both pools, free Wi-Fi spots, built-in benches, and a whale slide.”
