Great people great sevice and great customer experience i called them in a few weeks ago for a sewer issue they where at my house within 20 minute from the time i called on a saturday! In out within 30 min problem solve so we thought a month later issue come up again after a brief conversation with someone in senior management they told me to called the service back at no cost i called right away whithin the hour they where back at my house in grand bay and paul and is partner who i forgot the name...sorry work for hourss and when above and behond to make sure my prblem was fix for good and they fix it did a great job tks to all of you guy and a special thanks to brad .. I definitely recommend them to anyone with sewer or septic issue great A+++++++++++

Called to arrange pumping. Arrived and pumped tank the same day and cleaned output filter. Vince was very professional and very helpful. He noticed a potential issue with the tank bacteria and provided advice on what the issue could be and potential solutions to mitigate. Vince was very easy to deal with and very helpful Thanks so much

What a fantastic experience we had. We're new to the septic system life and had a few quotes. These guys came highly recommended, and now we know why. They were very quick to come empty our tank, and not only were they accommodating and very kind to talk to, there cost was SO much better than what I was quoted from other companies. 5 star. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent prices compared to others. Very friendly. Will recommend to others and will call again in 4 years for another emptying of our septic tank.

I use River Valley every time I need to have my tank emptied. They are great, supportive, customer focused and so I keep going back. I say customer focused because I was in trouble once and needed my tank emptied - they went out of their way to help me out.

Lance and his crew have been amazing. Super friendly, quick to get work done, very professional, and reasonably priced. I would give more stars if I could.
