We have been very pleased with the professional conduct and quality of work (heat pumps, boiler) by AJM. Their staff even recently found and returned our puppy when she escaped to a neighbour’s home! Highly recommend and thank you for going above and beyond.

We had to replace our Hvac/heat pump system. From the initial quote until the final install this company has been responsive, professional and given us quality work. We will use this company for our future maintenance needs on a long term basis.

I recently had the pleasure of working with AJW Mechanic and their technician Eric, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. My heat pump stopped working in the middle of winter and I was in a panic. I called AJW Mechanic and Eric came to my home right away. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in simple terms. The repair was done professionally and my heat pump is now working better than ever. I had purchased the extended warranty. My heat pump motor was defective. Owner Mike showed up and fixed the issue and cleaned everything. So polite, so professional. I have to say that he went above and beyond.

We have had great service . Shelley is so helpful. Quick to respond. Ryan the technician that came to clean out heat pump was also top notch. The customer service at the store is always helpful. Friendly staff . Thank you so much for your great service .

Very fast service, several businesses turned me away because I wasn't already a customer but Innovative came the next day to clean my heat pumps. Staff was great as well. Thank you Innovative.

Absolutely blown away by the service this company gives!! The installation technicians were efficient, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. There was no trace left behind that they had even been there except of course the new heat pump system they installed in place of our 18 year old system. They answered every question that I had and never made me feel uncomfortable for asking. Kudos to an amazing team right from the evaluation to the quote process to the clean up of the work space after installation. So pleased with our new heat pump.

Audrey and Carl did an awesome job installing the heat pump at my house. They were professional, excellent customer service, attention to details, explained with patience if I had a question ( and I had many). Plus had to go in the crawling space, foing ut every time with the smile on his face. Left the place clean. Very, very pleased.

We had the Lifebreath RNC6-ES Residential HRV Air Exchanger installed. From the time the installers arrived to the job finished the guys were amazing. The placement and installations routes were discussed and explained very clearly to me. Great install and cleanup work. Big shout out to Austin & Alvin & Jackson. You guys rock.
