I have been a customer for over thirty years and Shepherd’s always gives top notch service. Mike came out today and quickly identified a problem and solved it in a professional and timely manner. He called ahead, gave an approximate time of arrival and was right on schedule. I would highly recommend Shepherd’s service. It’s so nice to have a company you can depend on plus excellent customer service.

I had my septic tank pumped out today and the driver was amazing! He did three of us on my street, he answered all our questions about our septic system and we learned a lot from him. He was fast, he did a great job and he was very amicable to deal with. Thanks so much for the great service. It didn't hurt that he was very handsome as well!

Great service, they were a bit spotty with the time but the truck showed up just before lunch time so that was fun. The guy was super fast, gave me tips about the septic tank, and overall very happy with their service. Will use them in the future at our cottage.
