We were very pleased with the service we got from Chad at Soilworx. He was very prompt with getting back to us even though he was on holidays at the time. Said he would contact us on the Monday when he got back which he did. He was able to come on the Monday and even with some additional problems was able to install a new pump etc that day. He was very knowledgeable and efficient .

Chad installed a septic system for us at our acreage and the whole process from start to finish was great. The phrase that comes to mind is "small town reliability". Chad showed up when he said he would, he was clear about options, cost and process, he was in contact about the progress and any changes that had to be made, his quote was 100 % accurate and the work was completed when he said it would be. We felt like we were being treated less like clients and more like neighbours. Thanks again Chad for your great work!

I contacted Chad to do a septic syatem design for my new house build. He was very knowledgeable, professional and his timelines were fairly accurate. The report he prepared for the design was very in depth and detailed. I am very happy with the job he did. Would 100% hire him again.
