Very kind and helpful staff. Each room is controlled with it's own heat thermostat. The beds are very comfortable and are double mattress (not a cot). The pillows are nice and fluffy. Only a few people go at a time so it's very quite. I would go again and refer to others.

The Sleep Clinic, however, has gone above and beyond hounding down my Dr office for the proper referrals, I feel like they care more about my health than my own Dr. The sleep study facilities are standard, I wasn't expecting a 5-star hotel anyway and let's be honest it's not going to be comfortable for anyone that's just the nature of the study. I have been beyond impressed with every member of staff that I have dealt with. Thank you so much for repeatedly going beyond the call of duty. Now I must find a new family Doctor with the same level of service and care.

Dr. Moffat resolved years' worth of misdiagnosis in about 15 minutes. He was professional and gentle, and answered my questions without any sign of impatience. I have a follow-up appointment with him and look forward to a definitive diagnosis and eventual treatment of my condition.
