Amazing first experience! I went there (37 weeks pregnant and super uncomfortable) for a third trimester full body massage, as well as a pedicure. Staff was very helpful and professional, and made me feel welcomed. It might seem a bit costly but you get your money worth for sure! If you want to be truly pampered, this is so worth it! I had Nicole (RMT), who gave me the best massage I've ever had. She used perfect pressure, worked all the spots I needed and made me feel comfortable- even despite my huge pregnant belly. And Bethany (nail technician) did a fantastic job on my disgusting, and ticklish feet haha. And was very nice to chat with. I definitely recommend both for your services! I will be back!

I recently had a massage at Spa Utopia Langley, and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is so peaceful and inviting. My massage therapist was amazing, really attentive to my needs, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I walked out feeling so much lighter and relaxed. If you're in need of some serious relaxation, Spa Utopia Langley is the place to go. I'll definitely be back!

I got mt hair done yesterday by Sophia, and it turned out better than I could have even expected!! I dye my hair maybe once a year and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Sophia was very professional, had clear communication about what we were doing, and was very gentle. She has an amazing touch and great energy. She will definitely have me as a repeat customer. I went to Lotus day spa to have a lash lift and tint done. I have had this service provided by other places in the past. Ashley was my technician and she did the most amazing job!!! I will never go anywhere else to get my lashes done again. I love that the spa sends me monthly email specials. This is how I found out they offered this service. I've had other services completed here and it is always clean, professional, and staff is fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend the Lotus Day Spa.

Nikki is amazing…she is a skilled esthetician with a warm, nurturing and gentle personality. She takes exceptional care of her clients and provides top notch service. I actually travel from Vancouver to see her and it is well worth my trip. My lashes look phenomenal when she was worked her magic. The clinic is clean, welcoming and inviting. Prices are very competitive. If I could give 6 stars I would!

I have been coming to Lotus for years and I always love the experience here. I have brought my friends and family as well and they all love it. Most of the staff knows me by name now. I've had pedicures, waxes, massages done here and they are all excellent and I have always left happy. Prices are very reasonable and staff is always very friendly.

Their service from booking a last minute massage over the phone, to arrival, to the service itself, to the after care was spectacular! The front desk receptionist took the time to answer a lot of questions about their products and I ended up purchasing multiple things after my service! There was no pressure to upsell anything, but just genuinely introducing the products I’ve questioned about and making it an easy decision as a consumer! Love it here!

Pure serenity spa package book it now. Me and my mom came here for a weekend relaxation activity and we were delighted. The massage was relaxing and the facial was so calming. The whole experience was amazing. The rooms are extremely clean. There is aromatherapy and the location is easy to find. Reception was so helpful and the therapists were extremely professional.

My wife bought me the gentleman package and we added on the deep tissue and tension balm! My entire body was super tight and Prim was helpful in identifying all the pain points and how I can relieve them! Worth every penny and great service! I heard they’re backed by RMT (can be covered by insurance) so will definitely be back to check that out!
