PURE SPA OASIS REVIEWS

My partner and I just did the Staycation package with Britt and Erin and had a fantastic time! The massages were so relaxing and exactly the right amount of pressure too. The pedicures after were the cherry on top of an already superb experience. Everyone at the spa was super friendly and we felt so welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend all the staff at this spa and a special thank you to Britt and Erin for making my partners birthday so special. If we ever come back to Nanaimo we will definitely be back!

Pure Spa is amazing!!! My daughter gave us a couple's massage as a gift and it was just great. We had such a nice time. The spa is really nicely done, and the staff were professional, skilled, inviting, and fun. We will be back. I would recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find parking before your appointment. It's right down town and you may have to park a little ways away if it's busy out.

Superb experience! The spa is really cute and extremely clean, and the massage room was aesthetic and comfortable. The massage itself was so relaxing and well-done, and I really enjoyed the overall experience. Wish I lived in Nanaimo so I could come back every few weeks!! The chocolates are such a nice touch as well.

BREZE SALON & DAY SPA REVIEWS

I had a S.O.S situation with my hair and needed a more seasoned hairstylist to help. I haven't cut my hair for over 2 years and I had a store box colour still chilling out on my fine, thin hair that I put in my hair 6 months prior. Melanie Cochrane was recommended to me by the staff at Breze Salon and she was able use her magic scissors to turn my hair from looking like a wicked witch, to beautiful colour and style that made me feel 10 years younger. I highly recommend Melanie to anyone who might need an overhaul with their style!

I had my first hair cut with Heather this morning (I have gone to virtually one hairdresser my whole life save for a couple times before this, so I was taking somewhat of a chance on a different hairdresser) and wow she did an amazing job! I’m so happy! I haven’t had bangs in ages and she really took her time and listened to what I wanted while offering helpful advice. 10/10 recommend!! I’ll be going back!

Katie was wonderful! She was kind, intuitive and respectful. I appreciated her asking me about myself to start conversation as well as the quiet ambiance of the salon which provided an incredibly relaxing experience!

KIYO SALON & DAY SPA REVIEWS

After not having my hair cut properly during the covid years, I finally got enough nerve to get my hair cut by an actual stylist. My daughter had an amazing cut recently and suggested I book an appointment with Olivia at Kiyo Salon. I was so embarrassed because my hair was in serious need of expert scissors. Olivia eased my mind and gave me the most wonderful cut of my life. Truly amazing considering she had to style around my mess. Highly recommend.

Kyio has been my go to for spa services and hair services so as long as I can remember. Currently I see Jayden and she is amazing. The new space is bright and beautiful. The staff are all so welcoming and inviting. I leave the salon feeling beautiful and well taken care of.

I had a fantastic experience with a new stylist at Kiyo - Jenna! She seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. I am so pleased with my colour treatment, she did exactly what I asked for and more! Thank you so much Jenna .
