Trina and Braeja made our wedding day run extremely smoothly. They were so incredibly organized and made the planning process very easy for us! Originally, we thought of looking for a day of coordinator and we cannot express how happy we are that we went with Shaping Memories as our planners instead! So many little things that they brought up throughout the planning process we had not even thought of! We can’t thank them enough for all their support and help from the beginning right up to the big day.

DJ'd a wedding yesterday with Braeja and Trina and they were fantastic! The roads to the venue were pretty terrible and they kept me informed well before the date on alternate routes and to leave a good cushion for time. They were both very professional and the whole day went super smooth with their direction. Thanks again for keeping me so informed and hope to work with you more in the future!

As the mother of the bride who had to organize a wedding, cancel a wedding during covid, and reorganize a wedding, Georgia was my lifeline. I could not have done it without Georgia and her team. During the two years of planning stages, she was my rock. She had direct links to Vancouver Island's best services, quality, and unique products. During the planning stages, she was excellent, professional and a source of strength. We had the best caterer, photographer, musicians, and floral; she could facilitate and coordinate everything easily. The best thing was the feedback from our guests and the wedding party, who told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended and that everything seemed seamless.

Georgia was truly amazing and helped to make sure our day ran perfectly. When issues came up throughout the day, we were grateful to have Georgia there to make sure everything was taken care of and that the stress never fell on us. Georgia was friendly, professional ,and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process.
