The Spa Ritual

The spa was quiet and very, very clean. Greeting at reception and tour of locker room was friendly and warm. I liked that the sauna is in the locker room, so not co-ed. Lovely, large showers with a great assortment of amenities (shower gel, shampoo, brushes, feminine products, hair oil, etc). The tea, lemon water, and snacks were delicious. Services were amazing - especially the facial and lemongrass scrub by Kim. She has such a lovely, calm demeanour, and I appreciated that she asked me if certain things (ex. Covering my eyes) was okay during the treatment. The smoothie at the end was a fabulous treat!! Will definitely be back.

Nurse Karen is very nice and communicative with me about the fillers all the time during my treatment. She is professional and careful with her skills. Definitely come back to her again. Highly recommend.

Feels like a magical, hidden oasis. The customer service here is simply superb! Had a girls' day and it was an incredible experience. Would return again!
