Jack Astor's Bar and Grill

Visited with my BNI Momentum networking group last month (and coming back next week again) as part of our in-person social events and was not disappointed! I haven't been here for years am glad I found my way back. The shrimp tacos I ordered were fantastic and the truffle fries were beyond amazing. Our group of 10 was very satisfied with the service from our waiter Erik (who was lovely) who was attentive and checked in with us often.

We were a part of a fairly large group, seated at one of the bar tables with bar stools, which was fine! However, I am very pregnant and the chairs were very uncomfortable. The servers were unsure whether I could move to an adjacent table, so I just pulled aside the manager on duty (Jared) and explained the situation. Jared was very accommodating and made sure to move us right away. I'm very thankful! The food was also super tasty- I've always loved Jack's .

Loved our experience. Our server was new and she was fabulous. I wish I asked for her name, she did mention it and I totally forgot. It was my sons friends birthday and she made the lunch date special by adding a sparkler to the top of her dessert. The kids loved it. I also learned that you’re changing your menu and removing my favourite the Crispy Thai chicken bowl. I beg you please don’t remove this, it must be a customer favourite, it’s the best item on the menu!!!
