I’ve been to this sushi spot multiple times now, and every visit has been an absolute delight! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with each table offering a sense of privacy that makes dining here feel extra special. Ordering is a breeze, everything is done through a tablet at the table, which is super intuitive and user-friendly. Plus, the staff is always attentive and happy to help if you need any recommendations or adjustments. The food is outstanding, every dish is a 10/10! My personal favorite is the mango roll, which is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. If you’re looking for a sushi spot that combines great service, a relaxing vibe, and mouthwatering food, this place is an absolute must-try.

Tastes great! Loved the fried chicken — super tender and flavorful. The cheese dog is soft and perfect for cheese lovers. The aburi literally melts in your mouth, though it’s a bit heavy on the sauces, so it can feel a bit too rich after a few pieces.

I ordered a Miso Soup, which tasted really good, then a Volcano Roll which tasted super delicious. Good amount of spice and the cream cheese in it was really good. The salmon sashimi that came with it was fantastic. The bubble tea was delicious. Our servers were very friendly. The washrooms were clean and well-maintained. Would highly recommend eating here if you’re in the Metrotown area.

It's thrilling to see the Edmonds area blossoming with an array of fantastic dining options. Sushi On made a good first impression with its inviting atmosphere, sleek modern decor, and attentive staff. Opting for classic items as a way to familiarize ourselves with this new discovery, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional flavors and flawless execution of each dish. There was not a single aspect to fault. The pricing was reasonable, and the portions generous. The menu offered an intriguing selection of special rolls, which are definitely on our must-try list for our next visit.

Discovered a hidden gem of a sushi place recently, and it exceeded all expectations! The service was outstanding, adding to the charm of this cozy spot. The sushi and spicy tuna sashimi were nothing short of amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Sometimes, the best finds are the ones tucked away, and this spot is a true culinary treasure. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a delightful dining experience.

Me and my family love coming back here for sushi. They have a variety of rolls and i nearly tried all of them I recommend trying their“Lion King Roll”, “OMG Roll” and “K-Town brothers”

I just found my fav sushi place to go! Sushi modo has a great amount of selections on their menu and their sashimi is very fresh. They have so many creative names for the rolls and so far whatever we ordered are all surprisingly good. If you are an aburi lover, I can assure you this is one of the best places to go for. Sushi modo will be my frequent visit restaurant in the future for certain.

Very surprised by how good the food was at this restaurant. I didn't expect much but the chicken udon was very flavourful, chicken cooked amazingly, and a nice big serving too. It's a real hidden gem.

If you're looking for affordable and delicious aburi oshi sushi - you found the spot. Service was also attentive and friendly. Good portion sizes and sushi was fresh and flavourful. Will definitely come back.
