I have been with Randy for several years now and can say that he makes dealing with taxes as stress-free as dealing with taxes can be. From my experience, Randy takes a genuine interest in his clients and talks/walks them through what he is doing, at a pace that they can follow and in a kind and patient way. Randy and his team have filed my taxes for the last few years now, always providing exceptional service. In the last year or so they shifted to an online only service and it has been absolutely seamless! I easily submitted all my documents, communicated with Randy and signed the final return all via a secured service from the comfort (and safety!) of my home. During the current pandemic this ease has been so greatly appreciated and such a relief to know I was able to file on time and will soon receive my refund. Randy has been such a delight to work with. I recently completed my first year of corporation taxes (something I was considerably nervous and confused about going in to, as it was my first time and grasping this kind of stuff isn't exactly my strong suit). But Randy, in the most calm, collected and professional manor walked me through it. He answered any and all of my questions promptly. And before I knew it, it was done and over with.
