since I live in Kelowna they do my taxes and every year they impress me with their great customer service. Staff is very professional and friendly. And most importantly, they will go the extra mile to advise you on how to get the most of your tax return. They actually took the time to call me to ask if I had a certain paper and once I have been able to provide it, it took them 5 minutes to advise my taxes were ready. and it won't cost you an arm and a leg.
