It was a great experience from start to finish. I was having a bad day, when my car broke down. I called for a tow, and they answered after two rings. The girl that answered the phone was polite, friendly and very efficient. Fifteen minutes later the tow truck was there to pick up my car. The tow truck driver was really nice, he even dropped me off at home after. The price was much lower than I expected.

Excellent customer service. Tow truck arrived within 15minutes of calling. I managed to solve the problem and had to cancel right before they arrived. They were very professional and respectful considering.

Artus came and helped me out downtown when I had a flat with no tools in my vehicle to fix it. He was friendly and proficient, really enjoyed the experience and would recommend him to anyone!
