We have been working with Shawn and his team for over 5 years for both our small and large conferences. Not only are they very professional and accommodating, they anticipate our needs very well, making sure there are no surprises and all our bases are covered. It is quite clear from their knowledge and recommendations that they are well experienced in many types of in person and virtual events. We have never had an issue when they are on board, which is not the case when working with hotel a.v. companies. Hotel a.v. may warn you about bringing in an outside a.v. company, but in my experience, SLV has always been more reliable in providing better service at a more affordable price.
