From the initial phone call, Teena was very straight forward and let me know everything that she would handle for our event, including things I hadn't even thought of. Leading up to the event she continued to be thorough and easy to contact, returning every email in a timely matter and addressing my concerns/questions. On the day of my event, she handled everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing! I highly recommend Teena, you won't regret it.
Three weeks out from my wedding, I was feeling overwhelmed and didn't want to feel that way on my big day. I decided I would look into a day of coordinator and booked with Teena. Sarah helped coordinate our wedding and was AMAZING! From early info meetings, templated docs, helping us stay organized and then executing. In the days leading up to and during the wedding she was a star and handled everything with calm poise. Couldn’t have done it without her, thanks Sarah.
Sarah is a star! We hired her to help us execute our DIY wedding and she went absolutely above and beyond. From recommending local vendors, answering every email question months and weeks in advance, and keeping an eye on every single detail we wanted during set up, she truly helped us bring our very specific vision to life (and to make sure it was all packed up and organized at the very end of the night). As two people who thought we could do it all ourselves, we really couldn’t have done it without her.
Sarah was the only reason we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. Living out of the country, we knew we would need someone on the ground to be our eyes and voice in Caledon where we were getting married. We weren't expecting someone as fun, smart, and fearless as Sarah. She quickly was able to gauge what we wanted and picked vendors that she knew we would love. She was always in constant communication with us, especially in the week before when things got hectic. She was onsite (we were at a private family residence) multiple days leading up to our wedding to help set up and the day after to help with clean up. We cannot praise Sarah enough! We loved working with her and would choose her again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I hired Mary and her assistant as our month of coordinator and I would highly recommend! We met several times leading up to the wedding to do a bit of a transition, so on the day of I was able to leave my watch and phone at home and be purely in the moment on the day. Our wedding was also not at an "all-inclusive" wedding venue, so there were a lot of different vendors to manage for set up and tear down. They even helped run an offsite errand to pickup a Mcdonald's midnight snack order! Overall, our day was a complete breeze thanks to Mary and her assistant Brea.
The team at Collective Creations is magic. We worked with both Mary-Margaret & Breanne and both of these ladies were amazing leading up to our wedding day but also on our wedding day. There were things that came up during the day that Breanne took care of so that we were able to relax and enjoy our day! We seriously don't know what we would have done without these 2. Mary-Margaret helped me understand what her role entailed as a day of coordinator for my wedding and I am so grateful we hired her for the day! She really took my messy to do list and ensured everything was done, on time and beautifully. She connected with the various vendors as well as managed guests and people where necessary. Mary-Margaret checked in with me at appropriate times during the event if there was anything I needed, as well as reminding me of things such as putting my engagement ring back on. Her team worked behind the scenes all day so I could enjoy the day! Lastly, it wasn't just myself that was grateful for Mary-Margaret's expertise.
