I want to say thank you for being my nutritionist! You are one of the people I’ve met this year who has changed me for the better and I thank you for that. No more regular migraines, more energy, less bloating, lost weight (21 pounds!! and lots of inches - I had to get more holes punched into my belts) and simply, I just feel better and eat better. Understanding what and when you eat has changed things for me. You are appreciated more than you know!

I can't say enough about Teresa and how much she helped me! I believe the 90 day program is key to success! Even after the success of my 90 days we stay connected.
