I have been a member since the second month they opened their doors, and absolutely love this place. The equipment is world class, the facilities are always clean and the staff is all amazing who take the time to get to know their members. I don't partake in any of the classes except for Yoga ( which is AMAZING by the way. I was definitely apprehensive before joining the yoga class, but their are classes for all level ranges and everyone is so friendly). I highly recommend Kinetic Synergy. Although I don't go to the classes, they are always full of people working up a sweat and having a great time doing it.

It's like Average Joes in Dodgeball. Just good folks helping each other get healthier and stronger, great instructors, dynamic workouts and awesome yoga classes. We're hooked and they help to keep you motivated.

I’m absolutely in love with this place! They have knowledgeable, friendly and supportive staff. I joined the 6-week challenge and couldn’t be happier with the amazing results. Loved hot yoga and it was included in the 6- week challenge! I highly recommend this place!!
