MY Studios

I’ve been to many different classes now taught by Brittiany, Maryann, Sam, Kateland, and Lindsay. They are all wonderful instructors who have taught me so much about mindfulness and how to enjoy a different kind of fitness outside of the gym. There’s such a great variety of classes which makes it easy to find ones that resonate with your type of practice. The studio is very zen, cute, and clean. I tell all of my friends to come here.

This yoga studio feels like home. The instructors are all personable, kind, respectful, and wise; great vibes all around! I highly recommend all their classes, but especially their Blacklight Buti Yoga classes which are unlike anything you may have experienced before. Get ready to sweat, dance, and have the time of your life!

Excellent space and wonderful instructor. Would go again. Tried Yin class which is like a restorative class. Cubbies to put your items in, all bolsters and blocks provided. Just bring a mat.
