Wendy’s Therapeutic Movement

I have been going to Wendy’s yoga classes for a few years now and I’m so glad I found this studio! Wendy has created a very welcoming and safe space for all levels of abilities. The studio itself is lovely and she has plenty of various yoga props on hand to add a lot of variety to the classes. She expertly adapts the various yoga poses and stretches to suit participants with a keen eye on everyone for any necessary adjustments. Her depth of knowledge is impressive and she regularly explains the how and why of what we’re doing with each movement, which I do appreciate. Wendy really cares about each person in class and their individual needs. I would highly recommend this studio - I always leave each class feeling rejuvenated and thankful for my improved flexibility and strength.

I was delighted to be able to join my sister at Wendy's yoga class on a recent family visit. Wendy was so gracious and welcoming and also a wealth of knowledge and experience. The relaxed pace of the class provided time to go deeply into the movements and also to integrate before continuing on with the day. I felt like I had a vacation within my vacation!

I found Wendy again after a decade or maybe two & so glad I did. I attended a class with my daughter years ago that Wendy was instructing. After a back injury I decided I must get back into yoga. Well the stars aligned and low & behold of all the studios I was researching I chose Wendys again But I didn’t know I had till my daughter Cait reminded me I love her instruction & how dedicated & personal she is to each individual Highly recommend her classes they truly work, I feel so much better! Thanks Wendy.
