This studio is amazing! There is a huge variety of classes provided, and all of the instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and really want to see you succeed on your yoga journey (whatever that looks like). I was nervous when I first attended but from day one everyone (staff and the other yogis) have been welcoming and encouraging. I thought I would never be someone who does hot power yoga as I’m not “fit” or “flexible” enough, but now they are some of my favourite classes to attend! If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga or starting up your practice again - this is your place!

Yoga Nation is the best yoga studio I have ever been to! It is the most welcoming environment with a huge variety of teachers and classes. It feels like my second home and I can’t get enough!!! I have attended classes there for over 5 years and during all 3 of my pregnancies. If you like hot yoga this is the place to be! Come try it out you won’t regret it, you will feel happy, healthy and comfortable! I can’t wait to get back into it after my delivery!

I had the absolute best time attending classes here for 2 weeks in the winter while I was visiting my mom. This is absolutely one of my favourite yoga studios ever. The cool cloth at the end is an absolute dream. The energy and community vibes are immaculate. I will be visiting again this summer and can't wait to come back to these classes :)
