Husky Heating & Air Conditioning

I am a dentist practicing in Maple- City of Vaughan. Our air conditioner broke down a month ago when the temparatures were in high twenties. As I am a dentist we work with masks on inside our operatories. It was like a furnace inside our cabins. We called up a couple of A/C repair companies in our neighborhood. They did come in and charged us a good fee for the on site visit. They then me a list of things that’s needed. The first company quoted me a very high price for repay and on top of it they said that they have to place order & the parts has to come in from USA. So it will take atleast 2 weeks which means that almost the entire summer will be over before they could fix our A/C. That didn’t make any sense to me. The second company came in to look into the problem & gave me a quote for the parts & repair. The price was better than the first company. I asked them when can they come in to fix my A/C to which they said once that get to the office , they’ll check & see if all the necessary parts are in stock & then they’ll call us & let us know. While we were waiting to hear a response from this second company Ruslan from Husky came in to check my A/C. He told me exactly the parts that were needed & gave me an estimate for the repair. Within a couple of days Ruslan was back in my office & fixed my A/C within no time. Ruslan was so honest & professional and the charges were very reasonable as well.
