Maple Air staff were responsive to our needs when installing the heat pump, including moving the heat pump after initial installation to a more convenient location for us. The technicians were careful to not track dirt through the house by laying a red carpet down. Maple Air communicated with us regarding delays and the process to qualify for government rebates.

Awesome service. Called about a leak and a tech was able to come by within 2 hours and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. Neal was very helpful and informative, giving me tips on how to avoid these types of issues going forward, things to look out for or avoid, and general maintenence that I can do myself. Great experience, will use again.

Neal, who came to repair my AC, was very efficient, professional and friendly. I will absolutely use Maple Air again!
