It was great having Mr. Rooter, especially the technician Joseph! He did a fantastic job in locating our main drain. He has a sense of humour and he is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He knows what he was doing. Before starting any work, he make sure I know how much I will be spending, which is such a great way to put customers at ease! Thanks again Joseph. I will continue to recommend Mr. Rooter for there great service.

Omer, from Mr Rooter, was a great technician. I needed the shower head changed. He was on time, knowledgeable & quick. He was also informative about other aspects. I would absolutely recommend him. The only thing was that Mr Rooter is a touch expensive. But if I have to weigh that against the service, I guess it’s ok…. Depending on the urgency.

Bob was amazing. Been having drain issues for years and he fixed it! Was an old house but he knew exactly what the issue was and was so pleasant to chat with as well. Thank you! Will definitely use these services again if we ever have issues!
