We had our pool installed at the end of the season last year, and the service we received from Chris Switzer was outstanding. It was a completely seamless process. I still reach out to Chris with questions and always have a reply in under 30 mins. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Pioneer Pools if you are looking to have a pool installed.

Jim at the Hamilton location was fantastic...as we are first time spa owners, he explained everything thoroughly and even came down to our house to ensure it was running properly and we understood how to maintain it. Highly recommend.
