They provide Individual, Couples, and Family Counselling Therapeutic Arts Programs for the community. Alongside You has an art studio that offers programs that bring together people of different ages, abilities, and diagnoses. The counselling hour consists of 50 minutes of face-to-face time between clients and their counsellors, with 10 minutes allotted for paperwork and case management. This is done to maintain a standard professional practice in the field. The center also provides mental health coaching, recruitment, interpersonal relationships, and other aspects of their expertise to businesses and organizations. 2025 Update: Alongside you also provide counselling for support persons, neurofeedback, yoga, nutrition, and more. They will identify your cause of pain, crafting a new skill that helps to develop a healing from substance and manage your life to move forward.”
