“Dr. Scott C. Russell graduated from podiatric medicine at Illinois College. He completed the Vancouver General Hospital and UBC Medical School Podiatry Residency. He spent the next six years in private practice, on staff at St. Francis Medical Center (Department of Orthopedic Surgery), and as associate staff at Princeton University Medical Center in the State of New Jersey. Dr. Russell returned to private practice in Vancouver in 1986 and was on staff at Shaughnessy Hospital for five years.
