She then completed her three-year surgical residency at the renowned Legacy Health/Kaiser Permanente Hospital Foundation in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Alice has extensive foot /ankle trauma and reconstructive surgical training. He spent the next 6 years in private practice, on staff at St. Francis Medical Center (Department of Orthopedic Surgery), and as associate staff at Princeton University Medical Center in the State of New Jersey. Dr. Russell returned to private practice in Vancouver in 1986 and worked as a staff member at Shaughnessy Hospital for 5 years. He has practiced with the Seymour Medical Clinic (now the Seymour Health Centre) for approximately 30 years. Dr. Russell is a clinical instructor and faculty member of the University of British Columbia Medical School.
