Wow - the team here is amazing. I had a prescription for my bird that I needed filled in an emergency. I was running late and couldn’t quite get there before they closed. Leah was so understanding on the phone, and agreed to wait a few minutes for me and then came to let me in as the external doors had locked. Leah and all the folks who worked on Monday night, your willingness to stay a few minutes meant the world to me and my baby. Thank you so much!!

Hands down, one of the best pharmacy’s I’ve ever been too. Staff are great and The pharmacist Michael is amazing! he is highly educated and has great knowledge to share. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Thank you so much Michael and team!

I have had the great fortune to work with the Imran, the pharmacist. I asked about a specific type of topical anti-inflammatory, and he knew all about it. His level of knowledge is absolutely incredible. As a health care provider myself, it was easily apparent how much he cares for his clients. He is compassionate, clinically excellent and goes above and beyond for everyone. I would recommend all of my friends and family to visit this pharmacy. Keep up the great work!

Bains pharmacy continues to provide exceptional service for pharmaceutical needs for the past 20 plus years. I had previously used the 'Big box pharmacies' where I was just another customer .....feeling like just another number, taking long line ups, waiting for prescriptions, and receiving generic medical advice. With Bains pharmacy, Gursh provides personal service, acknowledging me personally every time I arrive, excellent medical consultations, medication readily for pick up from physician direct orders , and vaccine administration with no discomfort! Truly a community experience from staff that are knowledgeable, professional, experienced and personal.

Awesome pharmacy! This place was recommended by a friend when we had trouble filling my prescription. Several prescriptions later, we have happily continued to use this pharmacy. The staff members are kind and very helpful with any questions or concerns. No matter how busy they may be, you always feel welcome and appreciated. So glad we were referred to Baines.
