I am currently an appointed guardian of a patient who visits the OATC for the last month. This is my first experience regarding addiction treatment. The staff has made me and more importantly the patient feel very welcome, warm and not so clinical amd cold. Thank you for the job and the service you provide our community.

Best clinic hands down! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Doctor Chu is so caring! Clinic wait times are super fast! Place is clean and it's just all around a good experience!

90% of the employees and my Doctor were superb over 14 months of treatment recommend it to anybody.

I needed help with a situation and was greeted by an amazing receptionist who put me at ease . I was quickly given an appointment to meet with someone and then was referred to another counselor . They are all amazing at adapt and offer wonderful programs and support .

I just finished the 5 day program and it was amazing. I now have the tools I need to go forward in life.

This centre is doing the Lord’s work. I hope Doug Ford doesn’t take an axe to it when it restructures the LHIN.
