ALICIA JURY, B.KIN.(HONS), MSCPT, AFCI - SHEDDON PHYSIOTHERAPY AND SPORTS CLINIC REVIEWS
I have a super physical job teaching hot yoga and pilates almost every day, and as such, I tend to burn out and occasionally injure myself here and there. I was always on the search for a physical therapist who would not only help me feel better, but be able to get me back to work (and my own workouts!) as quickly as possible — while also giving me the knowledge necessary to safeguard myself going forward. Sheddon is it! I have seen both Alicia and Michael for a lat and tricep strain respectively, and they are both wonderful people as well as excellent physios. Both of them lead active lifestyles and understand that their patients don’t just want pain relief, but are also hoping to get back to what they love asap. They will make that a reality for you. If you have an injury, old or new that’s giving you grief — I highly recommend Sheddon, and in particular Alicia and Michael.
Alicia was so helpful, patient and understanding when completing a concussion assessment for my young son. She explained everything so thoroughly for us to understand and made sure to follow up to ensure he was healing well. She went above and beyond in making sure my son was comfortable and cared for. Alicia is highly recommended !
The whole clinic, the staff are very good, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Will hopefully stay healthy, but will certainly use their services if/when needed.

MILAY PATEL, PT - BEACTIVE PHYSIOTHERAPY AND WELLNESS REVIEWS
A big shout out to my physiotherapist Milay Patel and his assistant Caitlin George for getting me back on the running track. Had badly injured my knee and the pain wasn't going away for almost over a year. Milay and his team thoroughly examined the root cause of the pain and treated it in quite a short span. Very professional with their treatment plans what they assign and the follow ups. His hands-on physio skills are amazing, especially dry needling you get pain for few seconds but honestly worth the treatment. I would definitely give BeActive Oakville Physiotherapy and Wellness and strongly recommend anyone who is in Pain. Cheers to Milay and Team and thanks again for all the help. Good luck!
