OAKPARK PET HOSPITAL REVIEWS

This was our first visit to Oakpark Pet Hospital and our anxious Bulldog started to panic breath shortly after his appointment waiting for our other dog to be seen. The team quickly went into action and had to intubate him. They cared for him so well and kept us informed often on how he was doing. He came through with no problems and we have an action plan the next time he has to go to the vets. The vet followed up with us the next day even though it was her day off to see how he was doing. We are grateful for the quick action and kindness, and will definitely recommend them!

There is simply no other place to go for your pets. The Vets, Vet Techs, Admin (every facet of the company tbh) are understanding, caring and friendly. Our dog is dog & people sensitive yet this vet didn’t even question treating and helping him. They go above and beyond for our pup along with us so we don’t feel overwhelmed with the potential issues that could arise. Much love OPPH - you’re simply the best. (Shoutout to Kendra for introducing us and making our transition the best!)

Dr.Matt and all the staff have to be the best I’ve ever come across, I’ll never step foot in another vet after coming to this one. Super professional and his work is great, he truly cares for the pets like they’re his own Thanks again Dr you did such a great job with rocky and we couldn’t be more pleased!

BURLOAK ANIMAL HOSPITAL REVIEWS

I have been to Burloak with various exotic pets and every time has been a positive experience. The vets will tell you their honest opinion on things and provide you with lots of information. They also do the majority of things infront of you, so you can see the process (ex. taking samples). Their staff is friendly and they get back to you on a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this vet office to anyone, especially if you have an exotic pet. (Additonally, for those looking for high quality parrot food, they carry Harrison's on site!)

A lovely vet clinic that is welcoming and caring, the staff are kind and very helpful. I love that they are not part of a larger corporation just trying to upsell prodicts.The vets are knowledgable and very thoughtful, working with you to keep your pet healthy and happy.

Big thanks to Stephanie for being so patient and helpful, I had a lot of questions and was beyond pleased with her outstanding customer service.

My pup unfortunately had some cancer, we were referred to VCA Mississauga-Oakville. The oncology and surgical team were an absolute blessing. Kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of my pups surgery. Were very informative before and after the removal of her mass. Gave me multiple options with the pros and cons prior to our decision of surgery. They were very quick to call with all results. Amazing team, super thankful for them all.

Everyone who works at this hospital is incredibly kind, compassionate and caring. We had a minor situation with our pup last night and although we had to wait for around six hours since he was low priority (it is the long weekend as well, so we understand), the staff did a phenomenal job, especially with the amount of emergencies that were coming in. Grateful for the team that works here.

Amazing experience, my sister thought her dog had ate a battery and several vets local to us would not assist. We brought him out to this location and we had a fantastic experience. Both my sister and myself have trauma when it comes to emergency vets due to past negative experiences and everyone was so reassuring and kind and supportive. They understood what we had experienced and made sure they took extra time and care explaining each step of the way. Dr. Silverman and her team were amazing and I would highly recommend.
