I've been using 3 for 1 Glasses on and off for a number of years. Over the last few months Dr Amanda, Cynthia, Milia, and Moe have been absolutely tremendous in their support in helping me find the right contact lens for my prescription. They were meticulous and extremely detailed without fault in their search and I'm extremely grateful. The service at 3 or 1 Glasses Oakville is outstanding. They are a warm and friendly team, and I'm sure I'll be using their services for a long time. Thank you, guys!

Remarkable service, Cynthia welcomed with a smile, received my request with a very reassuring positive attitude. It felt like walking into intensive care with a serious problem and I eventually walked out with a lovely bargain and restored sight- literally as my glasses had broken. Drove around looking for open optical services; this was the only one that saved on a Sunday from having a real accident on our roads. Moe stepped on the scene smiling too and gave the his technical services.

Great customer service! They always spend time with you to find frames that suit you and your needs. My family and I have been customers for over 15 years and have yet to have a bad experience. Shoutout Milicia, Moe, Cynthia, and Dr. Amanda for always being welcoming and helpful!

Alisha provided the perfect service. Asking great questions about our needs, she gave advice about what best suited face shape. Quickly provided different frames to try based on our parameters and quite quickly arrived at our favourite. Same for sunglasses. Made the experience so enjoyable and easy, taking the guesswork out of everything. Also the prices fit well within our coverage which was opposite to the experience we had at the competitor in the mall.

LensCrafters at Oakville Place is our go-to for finding the perfect frames for our daughter. The service is fantastic! During a recent visit when my wife's frames needed fixing, they addressed the issue without any charges. Hazel delivered exceptional service, focusing on repairing my wife’s frames with remarkable care. Five stars for their expertise and an amazing selection of frames!

Collette assisted me today and went above and beyond with repairing my Mum's glasses. I asked if she could just tighten the arms so they would not slip down her nose but she also attached new nose pads that were missing without me even asking. Even though the store was very busy; she still took the time to assist me. This is not the first time they have helped me out.
