“Dr. Ognjen (Ogi) Visnjevac is a triple-boarded pain management specialist at Bloor Pain Specialists. Dr. Visnjevac completed his anesthesiology residency at the State University of New York. He has a particular interest in epidural steroid injections for acute sciatica and has extensive experience in biological therapy techniques, ultrasound-based techniques, visceral pain management, and cancer pain interventions. Dr. Visnjevac uses X-rays or ultrasounds to guide small needles into deep anatomic structures to identify which structures are responsible for each patient's pain. He is passionate about improving the quality of patients' lives. Dr. Visnjevac has been published in several medical journals and books and is an adjunct faculty member in the Anesthesiology and Pain Management Department at McMaster University.
