We heard noises from our attic and called Icon Pest. They gave me an appointment for the next day, which was perfect and timely. Matt from Icon Pest came on time, did a through inspection, found the entry point for the raccoons which was my broken roof turbine, showed us pictures of the problem, went in from the attic door took out the raccoon babies safely to take them to a sanctuary where they will survive, put a one way door at the entry point so the racoon leaves and is not able to come back. This took a total of approx 2hrs. I have to call Matt after a week and he will not only remove the door but also fix my roof turbine after I buy the replacement. Overall Professional and friendly service by Matt. I was very happy and satisfied.

We were dealing with raccoons in our attic. Dealing with icon pest control was wonderful. They came and did a detailed check of the roof. Checked all the places we had heard them, even the hard to get places. Once the hole was found, they offered the solutions to patch them. Icon has been great and easy to deal with. And all their patching and one way exits have great warranty. Would recommend to anyone dealing with critters in their attic. If we ever have a problem going forward, we know who to call. Matt from icon pest was so kind and professional. They came the same day and did a full inspection of my roof and found the entry hole of the squirrel in not only mine but my connected neighbour's.
