We heard raccoon noises in our attic and spoke to 3 pest control services and chose SOS - Sherwin - for his practical approach, He also convinced us he was a straight shooter. They came within a few days and assessed the situation. SOS did a video showing the raccoon entry point, which was our dummy chimney. They put a metal net screen/ with one way door which was kept open in case the raccoon babies were not big enough to leave the nest on their own. They physically checked the attic but the raccoons were not visible, possibly hiding in areas we could not access. At the assessment, they pointed out other possible entrances ways to our attic, so we decided to do the prevention access on our roof vents. They reviewed the additional costs (prevention items) on site. The one-way door was left open for a week or so until we did not hear anymore noise in the attic. Sherwin returned and closed the one way door, so they were unable to re-enter. Two weeks later Sherwin came back to remove the one-way door. Next step is to contact a roofing company to put flashing over the dummy chimney metal screen. I would recommend SOS for raccoon removal.

Highly recommended. Came over and was able to identify the squirrel entrance point to our attic and installed a one way exit. Within a couple of days I was no longer hearing squirrels in the attic. Quick and efficient.
