The women in the office are very polite and informative. They made me feel very welcome and like i was family. I didnt feel like I was there to rent an apartment. I felt like i was there to join a growing family/community. I would definitely refer The Station Apartments to anyone who is looking for a great place to live. The buildings are clean and quiet. I saw maintenance working around the building keeping the inside and outside looking great. The residents who i came across are very welcoming. It was a great experience and i hope to be living there in the future.
I love living here at The Station. The Station Apartments Team are just that. A great team to call when you need help with sink half full of water or how to operate a thermostat. Helpful, respectful and always courteous.

GARRISON PLACE APARTMENTS REVIEWS
For 6 years I've been a tenant at Garrison Place Apartments and I love living here. The location is great! It's perfect for anyone who doesn't have a car or can't drive because it is walking distance from anything you need. The buildings have been looked after a lot better then other older apartments I've seen. The new renovations taking place are very beautiful and modern looking. The landlords have just been awesome. They take care of business but also give everyone respect and privacy. They don't get caught up in he said, she said drama that can be common in places with multiple tenants. When there is an issue with tenants they handle it fairly and treat everyone involved with dignity. When there is a maintenance issue they fix it in a timely manner and make sure the job is done right. They have always gone above and beyond to follow the Residential Tenancy Act and have been very accommodating as much as they possibly can. Thanks Pacific Cove Properties, and a special thanks to the management. I appreciate all the things you do here.
The best landlords, hands down. Very clean atmosphere, I lived here for many years with my young daughter, always felt safe and was treated with respect.

My Best Friend Lives Here. It's Okay, but The New Management Is Jacking the Rent up To Insane Amounts. Like 1600/month for A 1 Bedroom Apartment. It Comes with Appliances of Course, but Still, I Would Never Pay that Amount for A One Bedroom Apartment of That Size Anywhere!
