Unger was great to deal with from the start of the project. Josiah was very good at going through the windows shop drawings and catered to every mod request we had in the windows arrangement. The installers team did an outstanding job installing new windows for my whole house. Arin and team were very professional and punctual to their schedule. My house required interior trims to be redone and they did a great job at installing the new casing and trim. A very professional and detailed oriented team who take great pride in what they do!

One week and glass was ordered, cut and installed. Bryce was so very professional and personable. He cleaned everything up...even what he didn't create and took it with him. There is no other company worth even talking to, these people are the best! Highly recommended for all your glass needs. Thank you so much Rose for all your help with getting this job done.

Had a couple of glitches due to an older sliding door, but came back and fixed it no problem. Brice was super professional and personable. Would highly recommend this company.

WESTECK WINDOWS AND DOORS REVIEWS

I recently contacted Westeck Chilliwack to report our basement sliding door defective specifically the door locking device and bottom security lock. Alisha arranged for a technician to attend our residence to effect repairs. Bryan and a co-worker later attended and repaired the bottom security lock but were unable to repair the door locking device because Westeck no longer stocks that part. Bryan provided the name of the supplier and provided a tip when replacing the defective lock with the new part which I did without a problem. Kudos to Alisha and Bryan for looking after me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend contacting Westeck for quality door/window products and servicing.

We have enjoyed our large Westeck installed sliding patio door/window for 9 years. Recently, the closing and locking handle got a bit “sticky” so Westeck sent Bernd and Xem out to check it for us. Within a few minutes they had done minimal adjustments, applied silicone spray to a few areas and the door was working perfectly again. Such a treat to have prompt service and knowledgeable, friendly technicians pay a visit! Thank you so much. Thank you so much.
