An outstanding personalized customer service with a human touch and absolutely no fake sales pitches.. I would like to in particularly mention a Ben Moss Ctwood mall store employee Talaya: she has been helping me regularly with kindness, patience and professionalism, she always makes my experience as a customer most fulfilling. Also young Asian employee has been super helpful.I will continue to be their loyal customer!

I was looking for a piece of jewelry to give a friend for an outstanding achievement and for our long standing friendship. The staff showed me multiple pieces and worked to find the right piece in my budget. I was pleased with the quality of the piece and how the staff listened to my wishes and respected my budget.

Mason and Jade did a stellar job helping me pick a watch. Jade gave a womans opinion on the style and Mason went above and beyond to help me try on and select the watch for me.

Nothing but fantastic things to say about the Goldsmith Shoppe! Katie's designs are stunning and she was so quick to resize my ring! My fiancé found such a unique and amazing sapphire ring here and we'll definitely be coming back for wedding bands and any other jewelry we need :)

I highly recommend Katie and the crew. I had three custom made pieces and the design and craftsmanship was expectional. First class!
